Where can I buy your wood composite decking and cladding products?
You Can buy your products at any of our Timmdek branched or at one of our resellers or installers.
What is the lead time of you decking material?
Items that are in stock are avaiable for collection from the time your money reflects in our bank.
Specialised orders/products generally take between 8 and 12 weeks.
Will you give advice on the designs and what product is best suited for my application?
YES, one of our skiller representatives will gladly assist you with idea’s and designs and fiind the most suitable product for you. Just contact us or leave your deatails and we will get back to you.
What is your minimum order quantity?
We do not have miniumum order quantities on stock group items.
If you order a specific color or profile MOQ will aplly, contact us for more info.
Shipping
What are you delivery times?
We genanerally deliver within 48 hours of recieving your payment, depending on stock availability and your geographic area.
By request urgent deliveries can be facilitated.
Can you deliver on remote location?
We can organise deliveries anywhere is the world, please contact us for special requirements and we will quote you accordingly.
Can you deliver on weekends on in evenings?
On special request we can deliver your timmdek decking or cladding, surcharge might apply.

Payment
How much do I have to pay to get started?
All Timmdek materials will have to be paid for any money cleared in our back before we release materials.
Can I pay Timmdek for the Materials and the installer separate for the instalation?
You can pay us for the materials and the installer for instalation. We suggest you discuss this with the installer to ensure everyone is happy with the arrangements.
How do I go about making payment?
Please use the bankdetails on our quotation and specify your document number. Kindly forward proof of payment to accounts@timmdek.com
Returns
Can I return unused items?
On all stock group items Timmdek products may be returned. We do charge a 10% handling fee and the logistics costs are for your own account.
On non stock group items please discuss your return options with your Timmdek representative.
